Ronald ‘Roni’ Duncombe is a seasoned hotelier with 30 years experience in tourism working in hospitality and providing a premier butler service. After rising through the ranks at Carnival Crystal Palace Resort to become VIP Services Concierge and Hotel Duty Manager, Roni Duncombe established the first Butler Services Division at Atlantis. While part of the Senior Management Team, the owner ‘Sol’ Kernzer asked him to become his personal butler and Director of his private villa.

Roni Duncombe now runs his own company,  providing superior, professional, customized VIP services to A-list clientele. He understands what it means to offer world-class service. He also has a depth and breadth of knowledge of the tourism sector, which enabled him to expand his services to the finest VIP transportation fleet in The Bahamas.

Roni Duncombe now wants to offer his talent, international network, and leadership skills to his community and to the country. A strong family man, he has not forgotten the life lessons he learned when he took his first job at 11 years old to support his family: commitment, discipline and responsibility.
