Pia Glover-Rolle is a Justice of the Peace, a successful entrepreneur and a philanthropist with a 20-year history in hospitality, tourism, government, and the entertainment industry.

With a heart for service and a passion for nation building and the upliftment of young people, she is also an advocate for Youth Empowerment through Sports and Arts and Entertainment. She is also a proponent for the preservation of Bahamian culture through education, mentorship and adherence to quality standards.

As a woman in leadership, she believes that in order to have an equitable society, women must be at the table and apart of the conversation of nation building.

Pia Glover-Rolle has been married for twenty years and is the mother of three daughters.
